The in-person curriculum

A closed six-week learning block, not a drop-in class.

The same 6 to 10 learners move through a planned sequence together, with differentiated tasks where English levels differ.

Six-week sequence

From baseline to independent performance.

Exact tasks are adjusted after placement, but the learning sequence remains stable. Learners build usable language, apply it, receive correction, and repeat it under slightly more demanding conditions.

01

Placement and foundations

Speaking sample, listening and reading checks, writing sample, pronunciation baseline, and personal targets.

02

Conversation control

Questions, follow-up, clarification, repair strategies, useful vocabulary, and understandable pronunciation.

03

Academic and practical output

Reading for meaning, organized writing, presentations, everyday situations, and collaborative projects.

04

Performance and next steps

Final task, progress conference, recorded comparison, and an independent study plan.

A workable day

Intensive without pretending every hour is a lecture.

A 4 to 6 hour day can combine direct teaching, coached practice, breakouts, reading or writing, project work, and reflection. This is educationally stronger, and more honest, than describing every scheduled minute as private instruction.

  • Language and pronunciation workshop
  • Guided conversation with real-time correction
  • Reading, writing, and vocabulary in context
  • Individual or pair breakout task
  • Practical project, review, or parent progress touchpoint

Who does what

Glaire leads. Gregory calibrates and reviews.

Glaire Ann L. Lopeman is Academic Director and daily lead instructor. Her background combines Teaching and Entrepreneurship, which supports both classroom delivery and a practical, outcome-focused program.

Gregory Lopeman is the American-English Director. He is not presented as a forty-hour onsite teacher. His role is scheduled conversation and pronunciation input, American usage calibration, observation, and quality spot checks during the week.

Questions before commitment

Clear answers make a better enrollment decision.

Read every FAQ
Are 4 to 6 hours per day all teacher lecture time?

No. The daily block combines direct instruction, coached speaking, breakouts, guided independent work, projects, and review. The written timetable specifies each term’s mix.

Can a learner join halfway through?

Normally no. The value comes from a closed cohort moving through the sequence together. A later cohort or online preparation may be a better fit.

What happens after graduation?

Graduates receive a progress summary and may join online follow-up options. Continued online support and pricing are confirmed separately.
