Important terms

The written term agreement controls enrollment.

Website information helps a family evaluate the program. It is not a substitute for the specific written dates, schedule, venue, cohort, payment, cancellation, and safeguarding terms supplied before enrollment.

Educational outcomes

No guarantee of fluency or a particular score.

Language progress varies with starting level, attendance, effort, age, learning needs, health, participation, and practice. Program descriptions are educational plans, not guaranteed results or external credentials.

Travel and third parties

Independent purchases remain independent.

Families are responsible for flights, accommodation, transport, insurance, immigration and government requirements, medical needs, leisure, and all contracts with third parties. Named businesses are planning references; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Pricing

Published tuition is subject to the written offer.

The website currently states $4,950 for the six-week tuition-only program and $1,000 per month for the online intensive. For the six-week program, a $2,000 seat deposit is applied toward tuition and is nonrefundable if the family cancels or withdraws after accepting the written enrollment agreement. The remaining $2,950 is due 60 days before the term starts. The written offer separately states provider cancellation, minimum-cohort, transfer, date-change, legally required refund rights, currency conversion, bank charges, and taxes if applicable.

Next step

Ask questions before accepting terms.

A family should understand the schedule, responsibilities, and financial rules before paying or traveling.
