A founder-led program

Two perspectives, with honest roles.

Glaire runs the learning. Gregory brings an American-English ear and outside quality check. The site states that division clearly so families know what they are buying.

Academic Director

Glaire Ann L. Lopeman leads the daily work.

Glaire’s educational background combines a dual-major focus in Teaching and Entrepreneurship. She leads lesson planning, instruction, learner feedback, placement, progress review, and communication around the academic program.

Her role matters because a six-week program needs continuity: one person should see the learner’s patterns from the first baseline through the final performance.

American-English Director

Gregory Lopeman adds calibration, not a false forty-hour promise.

Gregory provides scheduled pronunciation and conversation clinics, American usage input, observation, and quality spot checks. He oversees the language model and helps keep the course aligned with practical American English.

He is not described as the daily lead teacher or as being onsite for every scheduled learning hour. That transparent division makes the promise credible.

Shared standard

Hear the learner, correct the pattern, test the change.

The couple’s value is not nationality alone. It is the combination of consistent teaching, an American-English feedback loop, an extremely small cohort, and direct responsibility for the learner experience.

Is every class taught by an American?

No. Glaire is the daily lead instructor. Gregory provides planned American-English sessions and quality oversight. The program does not market itself as forty hours a week of American-led classroom teaching.

Why is the founder-led model valuable?

With only 6 to 10 learners, the people designing the program can directly observe progress, adjust instruction, and remain accountable to families.
