What the form asks for.
The application form may collect name, email, phone, country, home language, English level, program interest, preferred timing, learner age range, and the message you choose to send. Server logs and anti-spam controls may process technical information such as IP address.

Use the application form to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
External services
Independent services have their own privacy terms.
Hotel, airline, golf, attraction, Zoom, and other external sites operate independently. Review their privacy and booking terms before sharing information.
To help the owners respond promptly, submitted inquiry details may be sent to a private Telegram group used only for internal lead and payment notifications. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. Telegram notifications never include card numbers, passport details, or medical records.
